Chicken – 1 Kg.
Rice – 1 Kg.
Poppy Seeds – 50 gms.
Ginger garlic paste – 100 gms.
Cloves – 10
Cinnamon — 5 pieces Ghee 1/ 4 Kg.
Green Chillies (11) Tomatoes – 3
Coriander – 1 pack Mint – I Pack
Boil the chicken with salt & turmeric, Put the cooker on fire. Put ghee add coves, cinnamon, after 1 minute add onions & green chillies pieces, tomatoes. After some time put the chicken pieces, add ginger garlic paste & poppy seeds paste. Add 1.5 Litre water for 1 Kg rice. When water boils put rice and kept the lid. After whistling kept 5 minutes in the cooker and off the stove.
