worchester sauce 25 nil.
Salad Oil 3Q nil
Garam Masala Powder 10 gms. –
Mustard Powder 10 gms.
Pepper Powder 20 gms
Bay leaf a few
Onions 200 gms,
Carrot 3 Nos.
Fresh Green Peas -100 gms.
White wine 60 ml.
Butter 50 gms.
Refined flavor so gms.
Tomato Sauce 50 gms.

Take skin less chicken add vinegar to and Worchester sauce, salad oil is mixed with garam masala powder, mustard powder, pepper powder. Then add sliced onions and bay leaf and then put it into 250°F for 1 hr. Take it out and start to the sauce. Take wine and heated then add to chicken for flavor Decorate with potatoes, carrot and green peas then serve.
