Ingredients:

Chicken – 1 Kg,
Onions – 150 gms.
Everest Masala
Ginger Garlic Paste
Mirchi Powder – 1 spoon
Tomato 100 gms.
Salt
Mint – 1 pack
Green mirchi – 4

Procedure:

Without oil or water put the chicken in a vessel and boil it (half boiled) then add onion paste, tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, mirchi powder & masala – boil it. Add coriander leaves, mint and keep it for 1 minute.
