Chicken (boneless) – 500 gms.
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 spoons
Jeera Powder – 1 spoon
Masala Powder – 2 spoons
Salt – Turmeric
Onions – Big
Coriander Powder – 2 spoons
Mirchi Powder -1 spoon
Oil – 200 gms.
Cashew – 50 gms.

Take chicken clean it, keep it on the fire and let the water evaporate. Then add I glass of water and cook them. Grind it to the paste. Add salt, mirchi powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and masala powder. Keep the pan on the fire, fry onion and green chilly pieces, add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2 minutes. Then add the pasted chicken and fry It for some more time in simmer. Dress with coriander leaves & fried cash pieces. This is tasty to take It with rice or Roti. Children who don’t like pieces will like this very much.
