Ingredients1 Kg. Chicken; 1 tablespoon chilli powder
Wash chicken with 2 big tablespoon vinegar marinate with soya sauce ginger & garlic paste salt to taste and chicken 65 colour for 1/2 an hour, heat oil in a pan add chilli powder, Jeera, Ohaniya and turmeric powder and fry well add the marinated chicken fry well, Add 1/2 cup water and allow to cook. Make a paste of the cashew nuts and tomato, cut the coriander fine, and the garam masala. Add all this to the cooked chicken and remove after 5 minutes. Can be serve with rice or chapathi.
