Boneless Chicken – 1/2 Kg.
Ginger Garlic Paste
GramMasala – 1 spoon
Corn Flour – 1 cup
Green chillies & Garlic Pieces
Curd – 2 cups

Mirchi Powder – 2 spoons
Oil – 1/4 kg.


First add 1 cup curd, garlic, turmeric, corn flour, garam masala and keep aside for half an hour. Then fry chicken pieces in red color add the left over curd, chili sauce. Fry green chili & garlic pieces for 2 minutes in the oil and add the fried chicken pieces, curd, and chili sauce. Fry till it gets dried.
