Boneless chicken —1 Kg.
Curd -100 gms.
Ginger garlic paste —4 spoon
Red Chilli Powder —4 tsp
Garam Masala — 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato Puree —200 gms.
Coconut Milk —100 gms.
Cream —50 gms.
Cooking Butter —100 gms.
Oil or Ghee —25 gms.
Onions —100 gms.
Method:  Marinated chicken in curd, ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes. Take oil in a vessel and fry onions till brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree to it. Now add butter and cook till oil starts leaving pan. Add chilli powder, garam masala, cream and marinated chicken to it. Next add coconut milk. Cook this for about 30 minutes till the chicken is tender. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now Maha Raja (Vencobb Chicken) is ready.
