(Silky kaju Chiicken)

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken – 1/2 kg.
2 Onions Medium size,
2 tablespoon ginger,
garlic paste,
1 tablespoon chilly powder
1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
1/4 tablespoon Ajinamotto
1 tbsp Paper Powder
1/4 tbsp Kawab Chimi
1 Lime Juice,
4 4 tbsp curd, 1/4 red colour
50 gram kaju, 2 tbsp chilly sauce,
2 bunch of coriander leave,
water for cooking, salt to taste
Procedure:

Clean the chicken, mix well the above ingredients. Keep aside. Take two tablespoon oil in a kadai. Fry into golden colour. Reduce the flame. KeeP On the stove for 10-15 minutes. Cook it till semi dry. Put off the stove transfer the curry into the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves, and with golden colour onions. Serve hot with chappati, Roti naan fried rice.
