1/2 Kg. Chicken
10 garlic cloves
8-10 Dry mirchi,
N-Spring onion Stems, Pepper & Salt to taste,
Kaju for garnish,
Butter 100 grm.
Marinate chicken with lemon & salt for 15 minutes. Grind seedless mirchi soaked in water for 5 mm. along with garlic cloves. Fry chicken using Butter till brown and add the masala paste to fry. On the top add springs, pepper & coriander, Garnish with cashew nuts, fried in butter. Serve Hot.
