Chicken – 1 Kg.
Ginger garlic paste – 4 spoons
Onions – 4
Coriander leaves – 1 pack
Green Chlllies – 4
Mint – 1 Pack
Mirchi Powder


Masala Powder – 2 Nos.



Wash the chicken and drain the water, keep it on flame in a vessel intil the remaining water evaporates. keep the non-stick kadai on the flame and add 3 tsp oil in it. First add the onion pieces fry it then add all the masalas salt and mirchi powder and little water and cook the whole quality until it is done.
