Chicken – 1kg.
Ginger garlic paste
Coriander powder – 2 spoon
Green chilli paste – 2 spoons
Salt, Turmeric
Cloves 1/2 spoon
Cornflour powder 1/2 spoon

Dalda, – 2 spoon,

Onion paste – 2 spoon


Procedure :

Fry onions to brown colour then add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric mirchi powder, wait for some time then add chicken and fry. Lastly add corn flour dalda and dress with coriander leaves.
