Ingredients:Chicken – 3/4 kg.
Cut the chicken into big pieces & wash it. Add salt, mirchi powder, turmeric, paste of ginger & garlic & water Boil it. Cut the onion & green chillies into small pieces. Powder all the f4asala’s. Keep the pan on the stove & put the oil, Add mirchi & onions. After some time add boiled chicken & fry it. Then add masala powder-coriander leaves. Fry for some time & switch off the fire.
