Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg.

Garam Masala – 4 spoons
Mirchi Powder – 4 spoons
Maida 2 spoon
Ginger Garlic paste – 4 spoons
Coriander Powder – 2 spoons
Salt,
Lemon – 1

Procedure:

Clean the chicken, drain water, Add mirchi powder, salt & lemon juice and keep It for some time. Add ginger garlic paste & all the masala powder. Then add 2 spoons of maida. Make the chicken into pakoda shape and fry deeply.
