Chicken Legs – 8 to 10 Nos, Tomatoes – 1 or 2 Nos, Clove 10, Elaichi-5, Sompu-1 tablespoon, Coconut pieces-3 tablespoon, Garlic – 2 (Full), Ginger- Small Piece, Vinegar-2 tablespoon, Orange Red Colour-a pinch, Tandoorl Masala- 1 tablespoon, Red Chilli Powder-3 tablespoon, Dhania Powder-1 tablespoon, Turmeric Powder- a pinch, Curry Leaves ‘few, Curd Little, Garam Masala powder- 1 tablespoon, Salt to taste, Ghee – 1 tablespoon, oil 3 tbsp.
Wash Chicken Leg Pieces, Make deep incisions on the chicken using a sharp knife, Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan add the curry leaves then add chicken. Next add turmeric powder and salt cook covered on medium heat, stirring occasionally, evaporate the water and fry, then add grinded masala, then fry it, next add mirchi powder, dhania powder, then add vinegar, orange red colour Mix in curd add to the chicken, add garam masala powder then add tandoori masala and fry, finally add 1 tablespoon ghee, simmer for two to three minutes, serve hot, garnished with kaju, egg pieces & others. –
