Cloves, Pepper, Sajeera, Salt,
Mirchi Powder, Turmeric, laji Kaya,
Add mirchi powder, turmeric, oil, ginger garlic paste, mint, coriander leaves, 2 spoons of curd to the cleaned chicken and keep aside for 15 minutes. Fry onion pieces, green chillies, coriander leaves, Mint masala powder, mirchi powder, turmeric & oil. Add chicken pieces. After some time add garam masala, coriander powder and off the fire. It is a good combination for chapathis.
