Pudina, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, 2 lemons, 10 cashew nuts, green chillies 10, salt & chilli powder to taste
Wash the chicken well. Squeeze the water. Take green chillies pudina & coriander leaves and make them paste. Add lemon juice, salt, pinch of turmeric and 100 gins. curd to the chicken. Marinate it for 10 minutes. When It starts cooking, add the green masala paste to it and live its in low. Let the chicken leave the edges of the vessel. Now take some cashew nuts and fried onions. Make a paste of it. When the chicken is totally cooked add the above said paste and let it cook or 5 minutes. Now the green masala chicken is ready to eat. Garnish it with cucumber, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
