Bone less Chicken – 112 Kg.
2 spoons ginger garlic paste
1/4 spoon turmeric powder
1 spoon Dhaniya powder
2½ spoon chilli powder
2-4 spoon corn flour powder
1/4 spoon shahjeera powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
– 1 spoon garam masala
To decorate
pudina. leaves, coriander leaves, tomato, carrot, lemon and onions.

preparation :

Take half kg. bone less chicken, cOok and smash the chicken and add all the ingredients & finally add salt and corn flour, 1 spoon rnaida. Mix well. Make small balls and fry deeply in oil. Finally decorate t with leafy veg and carrot, tomato, onions and serve hot. It goes well with hot drinks and also cool drinks, All kids and elderly people like to taste it. Especially because it is boneless & very tasty to tongue and a good delicacy.
