Chicken -1/2 kg without skin, Red Chilli-5,
Garlic – 1/2 tablespoon, Ginger – 1 tablespoon,
Lavangam – 2 gm, patta – 2 gm, dhania- 5gm,
vinegar – 2 tablespoon, oil – 4 tablespoon,
salt to taste, geera – 1/2 tablespoon.
Firstly clean ½ kg chicken without skin and mix it with garlic & ginger ma bowl for 1/2 hr. Mix dhania, lavangam, patta, red chilli, geera in vinegar for 1/2hr. Next grind this mixture smoothly. Place the pan on the stove, pour 4tablespoon of oil and add that grinded mixture. Add salt for taste. After 10mm add the chicken pieces to this mixture and fry it until the water is completely dried out. Now, the chicken pen-pen is ready to serve.
