Boneless chicken 1/2 Kgs.
2 bunches of palak,
2 bunches of Menthi,
10 green chillies,
1 tbspoon ginger Garlic Paste,
4 medium size tomatoes,
1 bunch of chopped coriander,
one onion.
A pinch of Ajinamoto,
2 tspn, oil, a pinch of turmeric
1/4 tspn garam masala
Water for cooking
Salt to taste
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Boil the palak, Menthi, green chillies, 1/2 cup of water for 2 minutes. Grind to paste, Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, ginger garlic, fry golden brown. Add turmeric tomatoes, garam masala, chicken pieces, Ajinamoto, salt fry it for 5 minutes. and then add palak paste, 1 cup of water and cook it till semi dry. Put off the stove. Transfer the curry into a serving, bowl and garnish with coriander (chopped). Serve with roti or butter naan.
