Oil, Chicken Boneless
Boiled palak paste, Onions (chopped), Tomato chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp,
Kasoori Menthi a pinch,
Jeera 1/2 tsp, cooking cream 1 tsp (optional)
Water consistency – 1/2 cup,
Sugar – 1/2 tsp Basic gravy – 2,4 spoons ,
Salt to taste
Green colour as required,
Green chillies 2 nos. Ginger 1 inch piece


Boil palak, green chillies, ginger, sugar strain and grind into paste. Take oil in a pan add jeera, kasoori menthi, garlic chopped, onions, tomatoes and fry on high flame for 2 minutes then add chicken pieces, and cook on high flame, ad plak paste fry well then add basic gravy. To this add Red chilli. powder, Jeera powder., Garam masala powder. & dhania powder & water if required and cook till oil separates. Lastly add cooking cream and check the seasoning.
